Alessandra works with corporate law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and public offerings for the acquisition of shares, with a focus on advising publicly-held companies. She has extensive experience in the regulatory requirements of the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM) and B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (B3), as well as representing companies, managers and investors in administrative proceedings before the CVM and the Board of Appeals of the National Financial System (CRSFM).
