Ana Paula is partner and head of the Antitrust & Competition practice, advising clients in merger review proceedings before the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (“CADE”), in the assessment of competition issues raised by commercial practices and policies, in the development of internal antitrust compliance programs, as well as in antitrust investigations.

Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B.) from Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de São Paulo (USP).
