Rafael has over 14 years of experience working in mergers and acquisitions, both on the buying and selling side, having worked in numerous outstanding transactions in the Brazilian and international markets.

​Rafael is co-author of the books “Empirical Studies on Corporate Law Issues” “Judiciary Power and Capital Market Development”, both published by Editora Saraiva, in addition to articles published in other specialized magazines.

​In addition to his professional activities, Rafael is also one of the founders (and current Financial Director) of “Endowment Direito GV”, where he works on a pro-bono basis. Rafael also works on a pro-bono basis for other Endowments and third sector entities linked to education and the promotion of technological development
