Matheus works in matters related to the practice of corporate law, focusing on providing legal advice to investors and business groups, Brazilian and foreign, in Mergers and Acquisitions. He participated in the conduction and implementation of several transactions involving private investments, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings, with emphasis on advising foreign companies and private equity funds, as buyers and sellers, especially in transactions related to the healthcare industry, in addition to being constantly involved in market consolidation thesis.
