Environmental and Sustainability

André Castilho has experience in all areas of environmental law subjects in both consulting and litigation (administrative and judicial), advising and representing clients from various industries, especially the industrial, mining, sanitation, and waste management sectors.

He has published research on environmental civil liability, environmental contracts, waste management and climate change. He also has experience of corporate operations, including environmental due diligence.

Master’s candidate at both the University of São Paulo and the University Lumière Lyon 2 (France). Specialist’s degree in environmental law from the Law for a Green Planet Institute. (2022) Bachelor of Laws from both the University of São Paulo and the University Lumière Lyon 2 (France). (2018)
