Manoela is a labor law expert with extensive experience in handling complex legal and administrative proceedings. She provides consultancy to companies by drafting and reviewing codes of conduct, human resources policies, and by planning and reviewing variable compensation programs.

She is also involved in collective negotiations and union relations, advising clients on collective bargaining matters for the implementation of variable remuneration programs, collective dismissals, the setting of work shifts, termination of employment contracts, and the reduction of salaries and working hours.

Manoela has experience across various economic sectors, including technology, finance, retail of petroleum products, and pulp and paper industries. She collaborates closely with clients to develop and implement strategies that enhance work environment quality and improve relationships with trade unions.

Additionally, she works with ESG matters, assisting companies in developing suitable policies and providing consultancy across a wide range of issues.
