Rafael Abreu has ten years of practice in dispute resolution at the litigation and administrative levels, in addition to wide experience in the Public Law and Regulatory area, with special focus on the energy sector.

His experience includes designing strategies to face civil litigation in private and public law, as well as preventing disputes. His practice focuses on the resolution of complex problems with relevance to clients.

Rafael’s previous experience includes his work as a professor for undergraduate programs at Estácio and Laureate Universities as well as legal counseling for the Legislative Branch. He is also a lecturer in post-graduate programs in Civil Procedural Law.

He is a member of the multidisciplinary team of the firm’s Startup Hub, providing legal counseling to companies on disputes and regulatory matters.
