She was recently promoted to partner of the firm in June 2023. Previously, she was Director or Corporate Planning and she's active in different areas of the business and corporate/commercial law with great expertise in corporate financing, mergers and acquisitions, contracts in general, corporate governance, tax law, energy law, financial markets, intellectual property, real estate and trusts.

Patricia is a member of the National Association of Young Entrepreneurs (ANJE), member of the Dominican Bar Association and she is also volunteers for the United Nations Association of the Dominican Republic since 2008.

Graduated Magna Cum Laude and obtained a Law Degree from the Iberoamerican University (2011). She has completed a Master with dual degree in Business Legal Advice (LL.M) and Economic Law (Spanish-English), Instituto de Empresa, Madrid, Spain and Institut d’études politiques de Paris (Sciences Po), Paris, France (2012-2013) and a Master in Economic Public Law, OMG Institute, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic (2017). Also, she has a Diploma in Competition Law and Unfair Competition, Iberoamerican University (2011) and Studies in Price Transfer from the Centro Interamericano de Administraciones Tributarias (CIAT).
