Sofia has experience assisting in different areas of public and private law and specializes in all corporate and commercial matters, as well as administrative and regulatory law issues including competition law, having participated in various mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Graduated Cum Laude from the Iberoamerican University (2020) and obtained a Master in Law of Regulated Economic Sectors (LLM) from the School of Legal Practice, Complutense University of Madrid (2022).
