Jodi Martin’s practice focuses on labour law, human rights, and public and administrative law. She regularly acts in matters before administrative tribunals and has appeared before every level of court in Ontario and at the Supreme Court of Canada.

Jodi uses her strong interpersonal skills to bring a practical approach to the law, focusing on efficient and cost-effective solutions for her clients. She has a particular interest in appellate advocacy and has assisted union and institutional clients with judicial review applications and appeals.
