Mr. Cerolini graduated as lawyer from Universidad Austral (Buenos Aires). He obtained a Master in Laws (LL.M) from Louisiana State University (Paul M Herbert Law Center - USA, 2007) and a Master in Corporate Finance from Universidad del CEMA (Buenos Aires, 2011), in which his thesis "Financiamiento Pyme: Emitir Deuda o Equity" obtained a distinguished grade. He is also a Certified Compliance Officer by the Argentine Association of Ethics and Compliance and Universidad del CEMA (Buenos Aires, 2018), and holds a certificate in Executive Legal Education oriented to Law and Start Up granted by Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (Buenos Aires, 2022).
