Andrés Cortez is the Director of the Tax practice at the firm. With over 12 years of experience at the Ecuadorian Internal Revenues Service (Ecuadorian tax authority), Andrés is an expert in administrative and judicial disputes against the tax administration of Ecuador. He has participated in important international tax operations and intervened in millionaire lawsuits against the Tax Administration of Ecuador, where he has obtained important favorable judgments to the interests of our clients.
