Labour Practice

Carolina Izurieta is a Senior Associate and leader of the Labor practice at the firm in Quito. With over a decade of experience, Carolina provides legal advice to both local and international companies, mainly in relation to pharmaceuticals, energy industry, telecommunications, amongst others. She has participated in collective bargaining transactions, company restructuring, labor substitutions, labor audits, labor mediations, judicial processes for labor disputes and administrative processes at the Ministry of Labor and the Social Security.
