Career

Gonzalo Noboa Baquerizo is a founding partner of the firm, with more than 30 years of experience in the practice of civil and commercial law, restructuring, insolvency and litigation. His practice and in-depth knowledge have allowed him to participate and lead multiple and complex transactions involving several jurisdictions.

Gonzalo has been teaching Civil and Commercial Law for more than 20 years; he is a professor of the Law School of the University Santiago de Guayaquil, specializing in civil law (obligations) and civil liability. He has been a professor in the Master’s Degree in Business Administration at the Universidad de Especialidades Espíritu Santo (UEES), lecturing on the legal environment of the entrepreneur, a professor in the Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property of the Universidad Santiago de Guayaquil in several courses, and has also joined as a professor of master classes in civil law (obligations) at the Universidad de Especialidades Espíritu Santo (UEES).
