Miguel Ángel Puente Asquet is Managing Partner of Puente & Asociados Estudio Jurídico, with more than 20 years of experience in the Labor, Corporate, Corporate, Bankruptcy, Contractual areas, among others. Together with his Firm, he is recognized for providing Labor advice to well-known companies nationally and internationally.

Miguel Ángel currently holds the position of President of the Ecuadorian Cement and Concrete Institute (INECYC), President of Kellogg Ecuador, member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Financial Institutions of Ecuador (AIFE). And member of the Legal Committee of the Association of Financial Institutions of Ecuador (AIFE).

Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the SEK International University of Ecuador. Doctor of Jurisprudence, Lawyer of the Courts of Justice and Bachelor of Legal Sciences from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador
