CLKA's lawyer and holder of a master's degree in business law, lawyer Isabelle NIAMKEY is the head of CLKA’s litigation and dispute resolution department.

With more than ten years of professional experience, Isabelle advises local and international clients on matters relating to business litigation, insolvency and assets recovery, intellectual and industrial property,  employment and labour law, Competition and Antitrust, Franchising and Distribution, corporate, board governance, corporate restructuring as well as arbitration.

Isabelle have a great contact and relationship with CLKA’s Chinese clients.

As a contributor to the World Bank's "DOING BUSINESS" program in recent years, Isabelle NIAMKEY has acquired and developed a real expertise in these matters.
