With more than twenty years of experience developing innovative and impeccable strategies for the negotiation of collective agreements between unions and companies, Mr. Chapman’s work is increasingly recognized nationally due to its effectiveness in achieving the goals of our clients and its positive impact on companies and non-unionized employees.
