Milena works in the corporate area in corporate law, in M&A transactions, with solid knowledge in matters related to corporate governance, corporate conflicts and corporate restructuring. In addition, she is experienced in estate planning and family businesses.

She works in transactions whose parties are in Brazil and other countries and in national and international commercial transactions, involving complex and strategic contractual and commercial negotiations. She has expertise in advising transactions in various sectors, with emphasis on health, education, technology, retail and mining. In our firm, she actively participates in the development of the ESG working group, dedicating herself to the social pillar.
