Priscilla has outstanding experience in litigation and in labor advisory services. She leads and supervises judicial and extrajudicial litigation matters, having worked in cases involving business and corporate law. She works in internal audits and in the planning, structuring and review of labor practices and policies and in union negotiations. She also works in due diligence for the acquisition, sale and merger of companies belonging to various segments, focusing on labor, social security and ESG issues.

Priscilla advises on bidding processes and incorporation of companies and supports several companies in the areas of Human Resources and Personnel Department in matters related to labor law.
