André works in highly complex corporate and corporate civil litigation, focusing on dispute resolution. He has extensive expertise in the defense of the interests of companies from different sectors, with emphasis on civil construction, technology, mining, health, education, services, energy, sanitation, water treatment and distribution and investment funds.

André has extensive experience in dispute resolution, and works in the preparation of legal opinions, memoranda and opinions on the interpretation of civil legislation, risk assessment of civil matters and legal due diligence.
