Lidia works in mergers and acquisitions and corporate law, dedicated to advising national and international clients on corporate and asset purchases and sales in Brazil, and other complex transactions, including corporate matters, business combinations, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, corporate restructurings and corporate governance.

With an extensive track record in the pharmaceutical, infrastructure, agribusiness, technology and consumer sectors, among others, Lidia has worked in complex negotiations and has closely advised clients to close transactions of high relevance to the transactional market in Brazil.
