Ronaldo provides advisory services and legal assistance to clients in the insurance, reinsurance and private pension sector, encompassing topics related to regulation, transactional, strategic litigation (administrative, judicial and arbitration), special regimes (extrajudicial liquidation, intervention and tax management), among other related activities.

With a history of more than 20 years in the Federal Attorney General’s Office, he has also served as a Counselor to the Appeals Council of the National Private Insurance System, Open Capitalization Pension Plan (CRSNSP) and advising bodies such as the Superintendence of Private Insurance (Susep) and the National Institute of Social Security (INSS), currently advising on complex actions in the insurance and private pension sector.
