Career
Ricardo Madrona is one of the founding partners of former Madrona Advogados and was one of the main drivers of the merger with Fialho Sales Advogados in 2023.
Throughout his career, Ricardo has worked on hundreds of M&A and corporate restructuring projects, of various sizes and complexity, in various sectors of the economy, including education, health, technology, financial services, retail in general, food and beverage and infrastructure. In these transactions, he has represented local and foreign sellers and buyers, including private equity funds, several of which are representative for the Brazilian banking sector. Ricardo is recognized for his business vision and is among the most experienced M&A professionals in the country. Ricardo has also worked in arbitration, both as a lawyer in the matter and as part of the arbitration panel, in disputes involving corporate and contractual matters.
