Ali Pirmoradi has his PhD from University of Tehran in the field of Oil and Gas Law.

He has engaged in almost all of the projects referred to Hatami & Associates, and has drafted and commented on a great number of contracts, including inter alia, joint ventures, licenses, franchises, distribution contracts, sales, operation and management contracts, the Iranian IPC, EPC and other construction contracts.

Dr. Pirmoradi has also effectively negotiated numerous internal and international contracts such as hotel management agreements.

In addition to the above, he is specialized in legal actions before the Iranian courts, and in this respect, he has successfully advocated many foreign and domestic clients before the Iranian courts within the past few years, such as the Turkish company Samet, Analytic Jena A.G., and Star Agritech Tarim Ticaret Ltd.’s numerous disputes, which in all their cases he managed to obtain desirable awards in favor of the clients. Even now, he is advocating several Iranian and foreign clients before the Iranian courts and tribunals.
