Javier Dolorier is the co-founder of our firm, a legal boutique specializing in complex tax and labor matters. With over 25 years of experience, Javier is a highly respected labor lawyer known for his expertise in representing clients and corporations in labor courts, as well as before the judiciary in cases involving collective bargaining, labor auditing, planning, and restructuring.

He is the author of the Practical Treatise on Labor Law (Tratado Práctico de Derecho Laboral). He has also chaired the High Court of Administrative Liabilities and previously advised both the National Labor Council and the Supreme Court on labor matters. Recently, he was appointed as a member of the official committee tasked with reviewing the current labor law.
