Position

Flor Villaseca is a lawyer who has focused her career on labour law, social security law, occupational safety. She joined the firm in 2009 and became a partner in 2013. Flor is recognized by peer as a great labor litigator.

Flor advises companies and government agencies and represents clients in disputes in administrative (Ministry of Labour, and Labour Audit Bureau), judicial or constitutional courts. She also has a focus on in-house training on occupational safety.

Her multi-disciplinary background allows her to provide clients with solutions that consider the various aspects of potential problems or existing contingencies, going beyond the conventional assessments to legal problems.

She copes with budgeting and finances and applies her human resources studies to analysing the impact of the labour solutions she proposes. Her specialization and expertise in occupational safety and health orients her counsel aiming at reducing impacts on the clients’ corporate management and performance.
