Law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (UC). A partner at Riquelme, Silva & Fuentes, he is a graduate of Diploma Courses in Regulation from Adolfo Ibáñez University and Construction Law from UC, as well as a course in Construction Law from the University of Los Andes. He is a currently an Assistant Professor of the Diploma Course in Construction Law at UC.
