Adriana focuses her practice on insolvency related matters, including bankruptcy cases, out-of-court workouts, bankruptcy-related litigation, and distressed asset acquisition. She has a bachelor’s degree from Universidade de São Paulo, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from University of New York School of Law and a Master in Commercial Law from Universidade de São Paulo. She has algo a Post-graduation in Contractual Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – São Paulo School of Law and an Executive master’s in business economics from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – São Paulo School of Economics. Admitted to practice in Brazil and in New York.
