Dispute resolution > Securities litigation: defense Tier 5

New York-based litigation boutique Levine Lee LLP joins the ranking this year on the back of some impressive victories in high-profile cases. The standout example is its defence of The Dogecoin Foundation, Inc. in a $258bn class action securities litigation that also saw Elon Musk and Tesla as defendants. The firm secured a rare result when the lead plaintiffs voluntarily dismissed all claims against Dogecoin. Seth Levine, who leads the practice with Kenneth Lee, worked with key partner Chad Albert  on that matter. Lee is currently handling shareholder claims for one of the world’s largest private equity firms, Apollo Global Management, alleging breaches of fiduciary duty.
