Name partner João Paulo is a litigation specialist with a special focus on civil, labour and corporate litigation. He oversees the most strategic cases of the firm.

João Paulo has experience acting as an expert witness before the US District Court – Southern District of New York, covering subjects such as arbitration and civil law.

His experience in the superior courts of Brazil stand out.

He was an assistent professor to Professor Cássio Scarpinella Bueno and Professor Carlos Ari Sundfeld at PUC-SP's Law School. João was also a professor and coordinator of the Sociedade Brasileira de Direito Público – SBDP (Brazilian Society of Public Law).

He is a published author and accomplished speaker in Brazil and abroad.
