Career

Alicia holds a Law Degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP), Lima, Peru and a Master's Degree in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from the Universidad Carlos III, Madrid, Spain. She complemented her training in oral litigation in Argentina under an agreement with the California Western School of Law, San Diego, USA, and at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, Lima, Peru. In addition, she is a lecturer in various certification courses at renowned institutions, where she teaches specialised courses in labour law.

Alicia is recognised for her experience in designing strategies for the most relevant employment disputes and in obtaining outstanding results. She has been recognised by Chambers & Partners, Legal 500 and Leaders League, appearing in the ranking of lawyers specialising in Employment Law for the years 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024. She is a frequent speaker at domestic and international conferences, where she addresses issues related to collective bargaining, labour dispute resolution, and new trends in talent management in the corporate environment.
