Banking and Finance

Laura is a legal trainee in the firm’s Banking and Finance Team.

Laura routinely reviews loan and security documents for local banks and private equity lenders. She supports the team in securitisation, preparing legal opinions and reviewing commercial agreements.

Laura advises both domestic and international clients on a variety of transactions across a range of sectors including but not limited to banking and finance, corporate and commercial law, energy, and mining law.
