Daniella is a legal trainee in the firm's corporate advisory team.

Daniella  routinely advises and supports clients on commercial matters including company incorporation and registrations, corporate filings, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, conducting legal due diligences, drafting and reviewing of commercial and operational agreements, and preparing legal opinions.
