Associate

Imelda is an Associate at the firm with experience in litigation and dispute resolution. She has worked for a number of the firm's clients providing legal advice in debt recovery and commercial disputes. She also advises on employment and labour related matters ensuring compliance with the legal and regulatory issues.

Imelda is currently on secondment at one of the leading banks in Uganda providing legal support to the various functions of the  business.  She provides legal advice on transactions and projects, document reviews  and general legal advisory services.

Imelda is a graduate of Makerere University with a degree in law and is an advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all courts subordinate.

Imelda is also an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya having enrolled at the bar in 2016. Imelda graduated from Kenya School of Law with a Post Graduate Diploma in legal practice

Imelda enjoys reading particularly African literature and stories. She also enjoys travelling and sightseeing.
