João is a partner at Dentons LEAD and heads the Employment and Labor practice and Employment Litigation. He also has great experience in Criminal Law and litigation.

He has represented national and foreign clients of various sectors/industries.

Law degree from the Universidade Agostinho Neto, Faculty of Law in Angola (2006).Postgraduate degree in Judiciary Law from Universidade Gregório Semedo, Faculty of Law (Angola) in association with the Universidade do Minho, Faculty of Law, Portugal (2013).Currently completing Master’s dissertation in Criminal Law from the Universidade Agostinho Neto, Faculty of Law (Angola) in association with the Universidade de Coimbra, Faculty of Law, Portugal.
