For twenty years Ximena worked in multinational companies in the Oil & Gas sector acquiring experience in different areas such as human resources, insurance, supply chain and legal advice to companies with foreign shareholders and strong governance structures. In the last years of her professional practice, Ximena has advised multinational companies in the mining sector and currently provides in-house services to one of the main mining companies in the country.

In addition, Ximena is a certified translator and interpreter since 2015.
