Juan Andres has more than 10 years of professional experience in Corporate Law – M&A and Competition Law. In the Corporate area, his practice focuses on advising clients on national and international transactions (M&A), soft landing, business structuring and restructuring, and Due Diligence processes. He provides services to companies in many business sectors, including retail, real estate, health, manufacturing, technology, and automotive industries. This allows him to offer legal-strategic advice to his clients for each business model depending on the economic sector in which it operates.

Within his client portfolio there are several Family Businesses whom he advises through the Family Office area, which includes services to structure Corporate Governance, Shareholders Agreements, Family Protocols, Wealth Planning and day – to – day legal support for business and investments.

In the Competition Law Area, he implements Competition Compliance Programs, represents economic operators in procedures before the Antitrust Authority (abuse of dominant position, cartels, and merger control). Juan Andres has participated in important transactions including AB InBev acquisition of SABMiller, that included a merger control process before the Antitrust Authority.
