Private practice lawyer, with more than 20 years of  experience in entrepreneurial assessment, mostly  regarding Intellectual Property issues, such as trademarks, patents and copyrights, mainly for companies and associations dealing with agro-chemical, fertilizers, and pharmaceutical industries, where I have acquired experience in litigation related with intellectual property  in cases of forgery of products, and with the indiscriminate use of trademarks, within the different administrative instances, ordinary courts, and inclusively in the National Court of Justice.

Regarding my practice related with Dispute Resolution, particularly in negotiation, mediation, conciliation, and arbitration, I intervened as lawyer of the party mainly in commercial issues, at the different Arbitration and Mediation Centers of the Country.

Master’s Degree in Civil and Procedural Magister Law, at the “Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja”. Lawyer of the Justice Courts of Ecuador, from the “Law School of the SEK International University”. Doctorate studies In International Law, granted by the “Law School of the SEK International University”, Doctoral Thesis: “Highly Renown Trademarks”.
