His experience has been developed over diverse areas of law, especially in the area of Non-Renewable Natural Resources and in the corporate sector, advising multinational mining companies. In the corporate area, he has advised on the incorporation and liquidation of companies; administration of corporate books; transfer of shares; mergers; capital increases and amendments to bylaws. In the area of labor law, he has experience in hiring, termination of employment and dismissals. In relation to real estate law, his practice includes: sales and purchases, mortgages, declarations of horizontal property, subdivisions and unifications of land and real state trusts. Additionally, he has performed judicial and extrajudicial collections.
