With more than 12 years of experience in the legal field, Esteban has provided advice to a variety of public and private organizations in areas such as human rights, public procurement, constitutional law, real estate management and conflict resolution.
His career includes prominent roles in the public sphere, such as Legal Advisor of the Ministerial Office in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility, Director of Cadastres in the Ministry of National Defense, Legal Coordinator of real estate management in the Municipality of Quito, and Director of Legal Advice at Misión Social Rumiñahui. In these positions he managed highly relevant legal processes.
Currently, he works as a consultant and legal advisor for public entities and private companies. His experience includes advice and sponsorship in constitutional, labor, civil processes, alternative dispute resolution, and real estate law.
Education
Lawyer graduated from the Private Technical University of Loja and Master of Research in Law with a mention in human rights, constitutional and environmental law, degree obtained with honors from the University of the Hemisferios. Mediator trained in the Quito Chamber of Commerce.
