Julio focuses his practice in the drafting and negotiation of contracts, project procurement, corporate structuring and agreements for local and international companies. He has successfully participated in several bidding processes with the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, where he focuses his advice in the prequalification, qualification and constitution of bids for interested national and international companies. He focuses his career in the incorporation of new technologies providing technical and economical alternatives for the industry in general.
