Ms. Chen focuses her practice on securities class action and shareholder derivative litigation. Before joining The Rosen Law Firm, she represented clients in corporate matters, cross-border commercial transactions,  mid to large sized mergers and acquisitions and employment matters primarily for IT and software companies and medical equipment companies. Ms. Chen has also represented clients in arbitrations before the International Centre for Dispute Resolution of the American Arbitration Association, and JAMS.

Ms. Chen has leveraged her unique background to develop new cases, effectively locate evidence in challenging international jurisdictions, and provide strategically advantageous insight into legal and evidentiary issues while prosecuting class actions against U.S.-listed Chinese companies. Her profound understanding of the intricacies in the Chinese society and culture has added great value toward providing quality service to our clients in relation to Chinese businesses. She holds a three-year Juris Master in China. Ms. Chen is proficient in both Chinese Mandarin and English.
