Mr. Alexander focuses his practice on securities and shareholder derivative litigation.

Prior to joining the Rosen Law Firm, Mr. Alexander practiced complex commercial litigation at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP and other prominent law firms in New York. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Raymond J. Dearie of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
