Securities Litigation: Plaintiff

Mr. Baker joined the Rosen Law Firm in March 2017 and focuses his practice on securities litigation.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Baker practiced complex commercial litigation in New York.

With ten years of litigation experience, Josh Baker has secured several significant securities class action settlements for shareholders over the past few years. Josh took the lead or played a significant role in cases that have collectively recovered over $100 million for investors since 2020.
