Securities Litigation/Shareholder Derivative Litigation

Izzy’s practice is focused on litigating securities and shareholder derivative matters. Izzy has previous class action litigation experience, having represented classes at a New Jersey-based firm, as well as general commercial litigation experience.

Izzy received his J.D. in 2022 from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he served as an Articles Editor on the Environmental Law and Policy Journal, and worked as a research assistant studying antitrust law. Izzy is admitted in New York and Tennessee.
