Career
Cinthia is a corporate lawyer who specialises in financing transactions, securities markets and general corporate matters. She has more than 15 years of solid professional experience advising on the drafting, negotiation and closing of contracts in the context of financing transactions, as well as in the design, structuring and implementation of complex corporate transactions, including M&A operations and corporate reorganizations for local and foreign companies in the financial, energy, fishing, telecommunications, retail and real estate sectors.
Among the most important companies that Cinthia has advised are Banco de Crédito, Scotiabank Perú, Banco Pichincha, Coöperative Rabobank U.A., BD Capital, Sigma SAFI, Core Capital SAFI, Pesquera Hayduk, Capital Center, among others.
She has completed postgraduate studies at Universidad del Pacífico and Universidad ESAN in Financial and Corporate Law, respectively. Cinthia graduated with honours from Law School at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
Before joining CMS Grau, Cinthia was a senior manager in the corporate team of EY Law. She has also been a senior associate in the corporate area of important law firms.
