He has a long-standing international experience and his clients include several important national and multinational companies operating in various sectors including pharmaceuticals, construction, oil and gas, energy, publishing, environmental waste management, and banking and financial services. He sits in the boards of directors/auditors of several major Italian and international companies.
His areas of specialization include Corporate law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Commercial Contracts and Regulatory matters as well as public procurement, public concessions and administrative authorisations. He provides legal guidance in public tender procedures and in important litigation proceedings before the regional administrative courts and the State Council (Consiglio di Stato). Pietro’s experience includes working for major energy multinational companies which he assists on a wide range of legal issues.
