Career
Laura is a partner of the Firm since 1994. She currently heads the litigation and insurance department of the Firm.
Her activity focuses on claims management and on advising on all types of liability exposures, including: directors and officers, professional indemnity (medmal, engineering, notaries, accountants), bonds and construction claims both in the pre-litigation and litigation phase.
She has also matured a vast experience in drafting and reviewing policies and regulatory issues as well as assisting underwriters in placing Warranties and Indemnities policies.
In addition to this, Laura assists major insurance companies in their Italian operations, ensuring that corporate strategies and operations comply with the legal and regulatory framework in Italy, also advising with regard to the localisation of policies, insurance mediation and reinsurance, as well as providing litigation assistance as and when required.
She has a strong expertise in compliance regulation rules and has drafted and reviewed compliance models for several companies according to Italian Law n.231/2001 (Anti Bribery Act).
