Antonia Kehayova joined CMS Sofia in 2012 and since then she co-heads the Dispute resolution practice in Sofia.

She has extensive experience in the fields of Civil law and litigation, Corporate and Commercial, Real Estate, Labour and Insurance law. She represents clients in corporate litigations before civil courts, commercial arbitration and in relation to out-of-court settlements, as well as in preliminary injunction court proceedings and post-judgment enforcements.

Antonia has acted for leading local and international banks,financial institutions and foreign and local companies in a number of disputes regarding the restructuring, corporate insolvency proceedings and enforcement proceedings. She successfully represents the leading Austrian energy company EVN AG and its subsidiary Elektrorazpredelenie Yug EAD in a number of public procurement lawsuits and injunction proceedings against public tenders for providing electricity and construction services in a significant value (with regard to electricity power supply). Her practice includes also advice and representation of international clients in a number of EU related court procedures and local implication and recognition/enforcement.

She has advised Heta Asset Resolution, Bulgaria on a number of commercial arbitrations, enforcement and litigation proceedings, concerning non-performing leasing portfolios, returning of leased assets, preliminary injunctions, securities etc. Antonia has been representing a leading Austrian company and its Bulgarian subsidiary for many years on a several IP litigations regarding EU patent and EU industrial design before Bulgarian courts including on preliminary injunctions, execution proceedings and criminal investigations.
