His expertise primarily covers the transfer and takeover of businesses, restructurings, pension plans, collective bargaining and collective dismissals. He is specialised in employment law, and especially in collective and individual labour relations and the employment implications of strategic decisions.

Education

Master's degree in Corporate Law, University of Paris X - Nanterre (1991). Post-graduate degree (DESS) in Employment Law and Human Resource Management, University of Paris XIII - Paris-Nord (1992).
